Documents in a hierarchy
Level-1 document hierarchy is provided by access to Quality Manual, procedures, Codes. At Level-2 document hierarchy is enabled by acknowledging Procedures. Work Instruction is at Level-3, e.g. qualification of workmen and sequence of work. Suitable Templates constitute Level-4, and includes Forms, Registers, Records.

Facilitates Inspections
Prior to field inspections, digital documents may be submitted online, along with comments and document history. Feedback received assists in revisions of works and related documents until gathered evidence adequately supports mandated Quality Plan, Codes, Procedures and templates.

Subject Matter Expert
We draw upon the experience of the Subject Matter Expert, and make that available on the portal. This demonstrates as tool-tip, context-sensitive help, in-line validation during data-entry, inter-form dependencies, drop-down values, work-specific templates (steel, earthwork, concrete) and knowledge-base that links to the original source of information for ready reference.
